How do I create an account and get access?

You can get access in two ways: apply for your own account, or join an agency that is already on Overseas Xpress. Independent advisors, travel agencies, tour operators and host agencies can all apply.

Option A: Apply for your own account

  1. Go to app.overseasxpress.com and select Request access.
  2. Under What kind of business do you run?, choose Travel agency, Tour operator, Host agency or Independent advisor.
  3. Answer the questions for your profile:
    • Agency, tour operator or host agency: search for your company. If it isn't listed, type its full name and we will add it.
    • Independent advisor: say whether you have a business name, and whether you are affiliated with a host agency. If you are, select a host agency already using Overseas Xpress.
  4. Enter your first name, last name, email and location. Optionally, add the destinations you sell, your IATA number and your Seller of Travel number.
  5. Select Register.
  6. Wait for validation. We review every application before granting access.
  7. Once approved, we set your account type (Commissionable or Net). See What is the difference between a Commissionable and a Net account?
  8. Open the invitation email, set your password and sign in. Your password needs at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character.

Option B: Join an agency already on Overseas Xpress (faster)

  1. Ask your agency admin to add you from Team > Add user, or send a request to join the agency.
  2. The admin approves your request in Team > Join requests.
  3. Advisors joining a host agency are approved automatically.
  4. Open your invitation email, set your password and sign in.

Good to know

  • Forgot your password? On the sign-in page, open the password recovery option, enter your email and select Reset my password. We send you a code to set a new one. You can also change it any time from your account with Update Password. See How do I reset my password or resend my invitation?
