It depends on your account type. As an independent or hosted advisor, no: the traveler pays the selling price from the shared trip page and you earn a commission. As a travel agency or tour operator you pay inside Overseas Xpress, either on commission (you still earn on the sale) or at a net price, reselling at the price you choose.
